What this site stores
Your name, email, phone, password hash, appointment history, and the intake answers you choose to provide are stored to manage your account and sessions. Health questions are optional when enabled; you can discuss them in person.
Access and protection
You can view your own account. Authorized practice administrators can review client details and intake. Intake answers and saved email content are encrypted in the application database. Hosting operators and authorized technical providers may have infrastructure access. Encryption does not replace appropriate access controls and operational safeguards.
Email and providers
The hosting provider operates the website infrastructure. Mailgun processes outgoing email, including recipients, booking notifications, and any messages or attachments sent by the practice. Health intake is not automatically included in booking emails. Do not send sensitive health information in contact messages or ordinary email.
Cookies and maps
An essential session cookie supports login, your booking selection, and security. No advertising or analytics scripts are included. Google Maps opens only when you follow its link.
Your choices
Update your contact details and intake from your account. Contact Muranda about access, corrections, deletion, and record retention. Records are not automatically deleted; requests must be assessed against applicable obligations. This site does not collect payment-card details.
