Requests and confirmations

Booking is free. An account is required to submit a request; new clients create it with the request form. Email verification helps protect your account but does not delay sending the request to Muranda. Your time is not confirmed until Muranda confirms it. Selecting a time does not reserve it; availability is checked again on submission.

Company rates

Published company rates are subject to Muranda confirming eligibility directly. Supplying a company name does not approve a discounted rate.

Payment

No checkout, cards, deposits, or online fees are handled by this website. Discuss the session price with Muranda and pay her separately after your session.

Changes and cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours of notice when cancelling. For changes inside that window, contact Muranda directly. This website does not collect cancellation fees.

Online cancellation closes 24 hours before your session. A change request does not move your booking until Muranda updates it.

Your comfort

Tell Muranda about relevant changes before each session. You may ask for adjustments, decline work, or stop. Massage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
